Insurance & Payment

We accept most insurance plans. We accept payment from PPO and indemnity plans. HMO plans are not accepted at this time. Please call our office to make an appointment and we will answer any insurance questions you may have.

We accept all major credit cards, ATM cards and cash. For our patients' convenience we have arranged a payment plan through a third party (CareCredit, UAC), which helps our patients receive their treatment in a timely manner. Courtesy discounts for Seniors and active/retired military with current I.D. (non-insured).
